CERTIFICATION BY GLOBAL ELECTION SERVICES

Pursuant to a request of Local 710 International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Global Election Services designated Maralin Falik, Chief Executive Officer, as the Election Monitor and John Matthews as the Election Supervisor for the 2026 Election of Officers of Local 710 IBT.

GLOBAL ELECTION SERVICES HEREBY CERTIFIES that John Matthews conducted the nominations of candidates on September 1, 2026, commencing at approximately 7:00 PM. The nominations took place at the Local 710 Meeting Room, 9000 West 187th Street, Mokena, IL 60448.

GLOBAL ELECTION SERVICES FURTHER CERTIFIES that the nominations were conducted in accordance with the rules of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and the by-laws of Local 710 IBT. The Notice of Nominations was timely mailed by Local 710 to all members of Local 710 at their last known home address.

GLOBAL ELECTION SERVICES FURTHER CERTIFIES that all candidates, nominators and seconders were eligible to participate, based upon a letter received from Local 710 IBT following a review of dues records.

GLOBAL ELECTION SERVICES FURTHER CERTIFIES that inasmuch as only one candidate was nominated for each position, and each candidate accepted their nomination, a mail ballot election is not required, and the following candidates were elected by acclamation.
