On March 12, 2024, Yellow Corp CEO Darren Hawkins filed the company’s objections to the WARN Act. With that filing, the rank-and-file members started receiving documents to their last known address on or about March 18, 2024. There have been 3 different envelopes that have been sent out by the court from Epic Restructuring. Of those 3 envelopes, the one with the clear window is the members’ right to object documents. This objection has already been filed by the IBT on behalf of all 22,000 Teamster members so there is nothing that our 710 members have to file. The hearing date for this claim is scheduled for April 11, 2024. I will keep you updated as I get more information on these matters.
