Please be advised that Yellow employees in this payroll, checks normally dated Thursday, will not receive their deposit as normal today.

• Judge issued the order authorizing the company to pay wages due this week.
• Order was docketed this morning.
• Company is Processing payroll this morning.
• Employees should be able to view paystubs in Oracle later today.
• Direct deposit funds should be available tomorrow.

There is no change to the payment date for the employees normally paid on Friday. We would advise Local Unions to have the member file a grievance for any discrepancies noted on their check.

Re: Yellow – Teamsters 401k

We have received numerous inquiries regarding the Teamsters 401k plan and those members under the age of 59 who are still showing as “active”. After a meeting of the Teamsters 401k Trustees, we have been advised we should have some positive news within a week or two.

For those members that have received their permanent layoff letters from the Company, we would advise them to send them to Empower immediately so their status may be updated.
