Parking & Transportation

Pre-Purchased Parking Pass
(RECOMMENDED – Tailgate is in LOT B)

You can purchase a parking pass online for the RED LOTS A, B, C, and G north of the park before Sunday. The cost is $17 plus a service fee. Once you pay online with a credit card, you’ll get an email with a link to your pass that you can show to the attendant. The pass gives you access to park starting 2 hours before the game (for our game, that’s 11:10am).

Day-Of Parking

If you don’t purchase a parking pass in advance, there is day-of parking available in lots F and L, south of the park. You must pay with an attendant in the lot with a credit or debit card.

Take the Train

The Metra Rock Island line stops about a block from the park. Get off at the 35th Street “Lou” Jones Station (corner of 35th & LaSalle) and head west to the field.

Tailgate

There will be a 710 Tailgate in the Southwest corner of Lot B right in front of the park outside of Gate 5 at 11:00. See the above map and look for the #5 star and the red Lot B. Look for the 710 trailer and tents!

We’ll be grilling food and have water, but the tailgate is BYOB.

Accessing Your Tickets

You should have your digital tickets already – There are NO PRINTED TICKETS, and the Local does not have access to your tickets.

In order to get your tickets, you’ll need to have the MLB Ballpark app on your smartphone. If you don’t have the app, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the Google Play Store (Android users) or App Store (Apple iOS users) on your smartphone and download the MLB Ballpark app (this is separate from the regular MLB app).
  2. Once you download and launch the app, set up your account with the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS you used to purchase your tickets.
  3. When you open the app, you’ll see your tickets – You can tap the button to “open tickets” and you’ll see each of your seats each with a QR code needed to get into the park.
  4. If you’re going with a group, you also have the option to forward any of your tickets to another user – They’ll also need to have the MLB Ballpark app installed on their smartphone.

T-Shirts

If you ordered your t-shirts online in advance and have not picked them up, they will be available at the trailer during the tailgate ONLY until 12:15. We do not have extra shirts.

Bag Policy

Clear tote bags (12” x 12” x 6” or smaller), clutch purses (9″ x 5″ x 2″ or smaller) and diaper bags when an infant is present are permitted to carry into the ballpark. No backpacks or other bags are allowed.

Guests with required medical equipment (breast pumps, Insulin, epi-pens, oxygen and other medical devices) may be allowed to carry those items into the ballpark and will be subject to search.
