Early yesterday morning, January 25, UPS made the IBT aware of its sale of UPS Freight to TFI International. TFI is a corporation based in Canada, and some Teamster local unions in the U.S. and Canada have agreements with them.

We anticipate communicating with TFI soon. All operations will remain status quo, until further notice. We will let you know of any updates as they become available. Should you have questions, please feel free to contact the Package Division at (202) 624-8755.
