Our hearts go out to our fallen Teamster brother, Eric Schneider, who lost his life as a result of a terrible accident while at work earlier today.

Eric was a dedicated Local 710 member and dockworker at YRC in Chicago Heights who always had a smile on his face. He always worked hard and was unfailingly kind to everyone he met. He came from a strong freight family, working with his father, Jack, at Yellow. His mother, Romelle, is retired from ABF.

From everyone at Local 710, we offer our deepest condolences to Eric’s family and friends. They are all in our thoughts and prayers.
