Teamsters Local 710 UPS member Keith Krout retired last Friday after more than 30 dedicated years of service with UPS.

Krout began his UPS career as a peak hire in October 1984 to help with increased shipping during the holiday season at the Crawfordsville, Ind. facility. He was then hired back in the Spring of 1985 as a Reloader and later drove a package car at peak that year. He was kept on and remained as a full time Package Car Driver for the rest of his time at UPS.

“On behalf of the UPS Business Agents and everyone here at Local 710, I’d like to wish Keith and his family nothing but good health and happiness,” said Local 710 Business Agent Ron Dillon. “His retirement is well-earned, and we hope he enjoys every minute of it.”

Teamsters Local 710 is an affiliate of Teamsters Joint Council 25, America’s premier labor union for central Indiana and Illinois.
