Candlelight Bowl Cancer Benefit for Local 710 Member
Fundraiser Arranged for 27-Year Teamster Driver at Cassens and His Wife
Teamsters Local 710 member Jeff Hampton was recently diagnosed with Stage IV Mantle Cell Lymphoma, just days apart from his wife Joy also receiving a diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Jeff has been in the hospital and undergoing chemotherapy since his diagnosis, and Joy recently underwent surgery and is scheduled to begin radiation treatment any day. As neither of them are currently able to work, and they are facing mounting medical expenses, family and friends have arranged a Candlelight Bowl Cancer Benefit for Jeff and Joy.
Local 710 Teamsters and supporters are encouraged to attend this worthwhile event. Jeff has been a Local 710 car haul driver at Cassens Transport Company for the past 27 years.
