Teamsters Local 710 Remembers Brother Tracey Land

Teamsters Local 710 is deeply saddened by the passing of Brother Tracey Land, who was tragically killed while making a delivery for work during the early morning hours of October 22.

“This is a completely senseless tragedy, and a terrible loss for our Local Union and Tracey’s brothers and sisters at Martin-Brower,” said Secretary-Treasurer Mike Cales. “It sadly brings into perspective just how dangerous and difficult our jobs can be at times. We all know that the most important stop of your day is when you pull into your driveway, and Brother Tracey was terribly robbed of that. My heart goes out to Tracey’s family, and we ask that everyone keep all of them in your thoughts and prayers during this unimaginable time.”

Brother Land was a member of Local 705 before joining Local 710 in 2016. He was a member at Sysco and Jewel before working as a driver for Martin-Brower, delivering to Chicago area McDonald’s and Chick-fil-A restaurants.
